Agreement Notice: By subscribing to, accessing, or using Go Leads CRM (https://www.goleadscrm.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between Go Leads CRM ("we", "us", or "our") and the subscriber, customer organization, or user ("you", "your", or "Customer").

These Terms govern your access to our cloud-based CRM suite, automated pipeline tools, multi-branch administration, native iOS/Android dialer apps, WhatsApp messaging suites, quotation generator, and associated API connectors.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access Go Leads CRM, you must register an account with valid, accurate, and current business credentials.

  • Credential Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login passwords, API tokens, and multi-factor authentication devices.
  • Authorized Users: You are liable for all actions conducted under your account tenant by your designated team members, managers, and sales representatives.
  • Breach Notification: You must promptly notify us at support@goleadscrm.in if you discover unauthorized account access or security anomalies.

3. Permitted Use & Platform Rules

You agree to use Go Leads CRM strictly for lawful commercial sales, lead tracking, and client communication purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts to the platform.
  • Attempt to bypass multi-tenant security barriers or access data belonging to other subscribers.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or create unauthorized derivative works based on Go Leads CRM.
  • Engage in illegal telemarketing, deceptive phishing, or unsolicited commercial harassment.

4. Mobile Call Telephony & Recording Compliance

Go Leads CRM provides mobile dialer applications equipped with optional outbound call recording and duration-based engagement scoring capabilities.

Customer Responsibility: You certify that you and your sales agents will comply with all applicable telecommunications, wiretapping, and data privacy laws. You must ensure that adequate prior notice and consent are provided to all parties participating in recorded calls.

5. WhatsApp Cloud API & Anti-Spam Obligations

When utilizing our WhatsApp Business Cloud API integration:

  • You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
  • You may only send broadcast messages and quotations to recipients who have given verifiable opt-in consent to receive communications from your organization.
  • We reserve the right to suspend WhatsApp messaging services for accounts engaging in bulk spamming or triggering high recipient block rates.

6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

We believe in complete transparency regarding data rights:

  • Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of all lead profiles, contact records, custom fields, pipeline deals, quotations, and audio recordings uploaded or channeled through your tenant.
  • Platform IP: Go Leads CRM retains full, exclusive ownership of all software code, algorithms, interface layouts, logos, and technical documentation.

7. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellation

Go Leads CRM operates on a recurring subscription basis according to the selected plan:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual schedule.
  • Upgrades: You can upgrade your tier or add branch entities at any time; adjustments are calculated on a prorated basis.
  • Cancellation & Data Export: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to export your lead database via CSV/Excel for thirty (30) days before permanent data purge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Leads CRM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of sales, lost business profits, or data corruption—arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
